How It Works: From Order to Your Door Every piece is handcrafted to order. Here's exactly what happens after you place your order:
  1. Order Processing – 1 working day We confirm your order details and assign your production slot.
  2. Making & Quality Control – 4-7 working days Your item is handcrafted, inspected and prepared for shipment.
  3. Shipping & Delivery – 3-5 working days Your order is delivered via our two-man courier service.
Total lead time: 7-14 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays)

Delivery Options & Pricing

Standard Delivery – FREE
  • Delivered to your doorstep or just inside your front door
  • For flats/apartments: ground-floor lobby only
Assembly & Packaging Removal – +£85
  • Delivered to your room of choice (if safely accessible)
  • Full assembly of bed frame, headboard & storage mechanisms
  • Stair carry available up to 6 floors (lift access required above 6 floors)
  • All packaging removed and recycled

Access Requirements

Before ordering, please ensure your item will fit through:
  • Doorways
  • Staircases
  • Hallways
  • Tight corners
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a £75 return/redelivery fee applies. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service team before ordering.

Missed or Changed Deliveries

  • Missed Delivery: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, a £75 redelivery fee applies
  • Change of Delivery Date: Once your delivery date is confirmed by SMS/email, you have 24 hours to reschedule free of charge. Requests made after 24 hours will incur a £75 redelivery fee
  • Alternative Address: We can deliver to a nearby address if notified at least 4 hours before delivery
